The heat is medicine! Adding some spice to your life can lower inflammation, protect your cells from degradation, clear a runny nose and so much more. But here at HSH we’re kind of weak when it comes to the heat so we chose a couple of hot peppers that are not so hot. The Anaheim pepper is the pepper traditionally used for chilis rellenos with a pungent, yet not too hot flavor. The Ancho/Poblanos and the perfect combo of sweetness with a spicy rich flavor. Known as Pablanos when green and Anchos when dried, these relatively mild hot peppers are a super productive winner. Each 4 pack contains 2 Anaheim and 2 Ancho/Poblanos.
