Eucalyptus pulverlenta

Eucalyptus pulverlenta

$9.00

One of the smallest Eucalyptus varieties, maturing at just 10’-15’, is a great choice for smaller gardens. Can be kept even smaller with annual pruning. Known as Baby Blue or Silver Dollar, this variety is a classic in dried flower arrangements. It’s hardy to zone 8a, withstanding temps down to 13 degrees. The leaves start out a gorgeous blue, turning more silver with age. Pulverlenta would enjoy some afternoon shade if you’ve got some. As with all Eucalyptus varieties, be gentle with the root ball when transplanting. They do not like to be roughed up! Be sure to dig a hole twice the size of the root ball and back fill with 1/2 compost 1/2 existing soil to make your Euc happy. Can be planted in a large container. All Varieties are deer resistant.

Comes in a 2.5 inch square pot
